Today, five centres are dedicated to learning, training, and development. They are equipped with the most innovative tools and cutting-edge technology to meet the company's objectives and uphold its values.

At Campus, we unlock the potential of knowledge at all levels. In addition to physical spaces and in-person training, our virtual Campus offers over 800 easily accessible training modules to continue fostering talent.

Connecting with society

Redeia Campus also serves as a hub for connecting with society, adding value, and building community. Through various scholarship programmes and partnerships with universities and businesses, we promote young, female, and diverse talent while sharing experiences with other professionals in the industry. 

We aim to stay attuned to all that is going on around us. To this end, we've developed our Campus Observatory, a lab where we channel trends and suggest initiatives to drive the organisation's growth in four key areas: innovation and technology, neuroscience, self-leadership, and organisational trends.
