Redeia reports that the average payment period to suppliers for the Group's Spanish companies in 2023 was 44 days, a time frame that stands below the legal maximum of 60 days, in compliance with the Spanish Law 15/2010, of July 5 (amended by final provision two of Law 31/2014 and final provision three of Law 18/2022) which sets out measures to avoid late payment in commercial transactions. In 2023, the total amount paid has amounted to 510,897 thousand of euros (95% of the total amount of payments to suppliers) and 29,324 invoices (95% of the total supplier invoices).
