Training sessions regarding fire prevention and safety in high voltage installations.

Red Eléctrica contributes to the training of the State Law Enforcement Agencies, and other public service personnel, in matters regarding safety in electricity facilities and fire prevention by organising specific training sessions. Since 2013, more than 4,200 participants have attended these training sessions.

Red Eléctrica has been collaborating with the environmental department of the Foral Authority of Bizkaia since 2013, promoting training sessions on safety in extinction operations in forest fires.

More than 134 participants attended the sessions held in 2019 with the objective of learning advanced intervention techniques and protocols, with training course about electrical lines and bird life, skills development for teamwork and stress management.
