Red Eléctrica has closed the conditions of a bond issue in the euro market for an amount of 300 million euros and matures in 2026. The issue has annual coupon of 1% and an issue price of 99.603%, which represents a yield of 1.042%. The bond issue has received requests for more than 2,700 million euros.

This transaction has reached the lowest rate achieved so far in the Spanish market in a ten-year bond issue.

The good response to the bond issue by investors demonstrates the strong credit standing of the Company and its attractive risk profile.
