Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, at its meeting held on March 29, 2022, at the proposal of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, resolved to re-elect Ms. Carmen Gómez de Barreda Tous de Monsalve as Lead Independent Director (LID) of the Company, for a term of 3 years, in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 bis of the Company's Bylaws and Articles 10 and 18.1 g) of the Board of Directors Regulations.
