Our commitment

On July 27, 2021, the Board of Directors approved the update of the Compliance Policy to, among other aspects, bring it into line with the ISO 37001 standard on anti-bribery management systems, the incorporation of an additional principle regarding the duty to report suspicious conduct or non-compliance, and the whistleblower's right to indemnity if acting in good faith, or the inclusion of guarantees of confidentiality and anonymity for users of the Ethics and Compliance Channel.
