Our commitment

The Board of Directors, at its meeting of October 27, 2020 and at the proposal of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, approved the aforementioned Protocol which establishes the principles and guidelines for the Board of Directors' involvement with the employees of the Group's companies, with the aim of listening to the employees' perspectives and thus being able to consider them in the decision-making process, as well as to enhance the work of the Board of Directors and its Committees by making it known among the Group's employees.
