BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors of Red Eléctrica Corporación, at its meeting of 26 May 2020, appointed Carlos Méndez-Trelles García as the new Secretary of the Board of Directors, at the proposal of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, replacing Rafael García de Diego Barber, who stepped down at his own request on the occasion of his retirement.
