Board of directors

In 2019, Red Eléctrica created the TSO Supervisory Committee, chaired by the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, and proceeded to modify the Regulations of the Board of Directors, in order to strengthen the role of the Board as supervisor and guarantor of the functional independence of the Electricity System Operator, a function legally conferred to Red Eléctrica de España, S.A.U., in all those duties and responsibilities that in accordance with current regulations required it.
