Adaptation of the Corporate Bylaws and of the Regulations of the General Shareholders' Meeting to the requirements of the Transparency Law (Law 26/2003, Aldama Law).

Inclusion, in the internal rules of Corporate Governance, of the new legal provisions concerning the corporate website, and remote voting and proxies; and enhancement of web content.
