Training sessions for the prevention and fighting of forest fires

Improve communication regarding the prevention and fighting of forest fires by conducting workshops with forestry agents, agents from SEPRONA and environmental experts in the different Autonomous Communities.

Geographic scope

Andalusia, Aragon, Cantabria, Castilla La Mancha, Extremadura, La Rioja, Navarra and Valencia.

Results
  • Carrying out training sessions in which the following issues are addressed:
    • Identification of electricity facilities and installations.
    • Actions carried out by Red Electrica regarding fire prevention.
    • Action protocols when faced with a forest fire in the vicinity of an electricity facility.
