Recovery of Bonelli's eagle in Aragón

Monitoring of individuals of Bonelli's eagle in Aragon by satellite transmitters (GPS) for the delimitation of its territories and dispersal areas.

Results
  • Two adult eagles (Cierzo and Magín), that have formed breeding pairs, and three juvenile eagles (Azahara, Sara and Tomillo) were fitted with satellite transmitters and released into the wild.

  • Satellite monitoring of the eagles fitted with transmitters in their entire area of movement.
